Large National Foundation conducted a 9-month implementation project to transition from GIFTS Access to Fluxx (cloud-based) grants management solution.  

 

During this process, FoucuseD led the team to:

1. Re-engineer the foundation grants-process in order to eliminate redundant steps and tasks;

2. Remove tasks or duties which were based solely on their previous usage of GIFTS;

3. Assisted the team to enhance grantee communications and reporting requirements.
